I'm just wondering if anyone has similar issues:
My local CBS channel (Atlanta) seems to suffer from constant audio issues. During any random show (either local or national), the audio will shift between stereo and surround at random points and intervals (as I am writing this, it went from surround, to stereo for a few seconds, back to surround for a minute, and now its 'settled' on stereo for the last 5 minutes). There is also occasional 'pops' and static from my speakers that only happens on this channel as well. This is the only channel it happens on, and I have no idea why. I have called Comcast, and they have told me that the signal that they get is sent through the cable, so the issue must be on my end. When I told them it only happens on CBS, they recanted and said they don't know why (even though its obviously the signal they are sending). I don't watch CBS much, so it doesn't concern me too much. But just wondering if anyone else has been witness to a similar situation. |
