Are you tired of all those Reality Shows ? I know, i am . There are way too many. The one i hate the most is The Hills. The show is pure garbage and it still gets ratings. Are the people that dumb to watch the show or it is enterely for Lauren Conrad and the others hotties in the show, they watch it ? Besides that, i cannot think of something else good out of it .

I never watched them even during the "Hay-day" of reality television, when people would gather at work to talk about this new show called "Survivor" etc....

Listening to Howard Stern (I know he's not for everyone) he's often had various "celebrities" on who have their own reality shows, and once had a porn star on who played a babysitter on some reality show...... just another of MANY examples where it's staged, etc... not to mention, someone will walk into a store, or run into someone on the street/bus etc.. whatever it may be, and yet they have 5 different camera angles of this "Chance Meeting" hmmm....

I look at it like "E" network, or people who read "People" magazine, etc.... you have to have some strange fascination with other people's lives to get into it..... I myself would rather go out into reality, and maybe make odd comments to strangers such as "Don't you hate it when the Chunky peanut butter isn't chunky enough" and then just walk away....... That leads to some fun moments in "Reality"

by the way, I think SPORTS, are reality t.v..... not this fake drama stuff you're referring to..... that's a type of reality t.v. I can get into!

After Seinfeld, everything went downhill...it was the pinacle of sitcom perfection...there will never be a show like it again..

They've sucked for ages, mainly because they are the furthest thing from reality. Good job MTV, get rid of quality music and put on "reality" shows where people work 1 hour a week and have fake drama and other crap every day.

edit: Bang Bus might be the show for me just judging by the title of it

I am not tired because I never bothered to watch any. No offense but the masses are really dumb. People actually believe that those crappy shows like big brother or temptation island or star academy or the jerry springer show are real, they don't see that all the situations, arguments and fights are staged to make audiences that are dumb enough to believe in it, come and see it.

these shows work on the same principle that tabloids do: the bigger the lie, the most the masses will believe it and spend their money one way or another on it period.

Seinfeld is not a reality show it's a situation comedy or Sitcom. Actors don't pretend it's real, just like movies it is honest and implied that it's only actors pretending. unlike those disgusting reality shows.

I'm tired of 99% of reality shows. Blame CABLE television with their plethora of channels
with mind-numbing hours to fill over & over again & again.

Fact: American Idol 2005 was the highest rated show in primetime. Due to its' popularity
Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge Of The Sith opened on a different night because it would
have to compete with American Idol Finale, unusual for a Star Wars movie.

I never got into any so called reality show other than watching COPS when there isnt anything else to watch... also COPS is one reality show I hope im never on hahahaa.

But it's setup better than any other reality show out there. I know because I often recognize the "actresses".

I hate reality shows and hope they go away. There's nothing real about people who want to be on TV.

I used to hate them with a passion, but last season, American Idol grew on me, then I watched America's Got Talent and that was ok. But I will always hate shows like Big Brother. I tried watching So You Think You Can Dance, and I never really got in to it. I really like the Gordon Ramsay shows, but I prefer Kitchen Nightmares over Hell's Kitchen, but I will watch both. I like watching The Apprentice too.
So I guess I can no longer say "I HATE REALITY SHOWS" and it's a shame cos I always loved saying it, like I was proud of that fact.
