Is the Bionic Commando I see trailers for that looks so awesome the same one that you download on the PSN (Rearmed) or is a disc version going to be released soon?

Rearmed (the one on PSN) is an updated version of the 2D nes game. (a very good game adaptation). But there is a disc based game that will be in 3D world that will come out in february or march I think
