It's not possible I think that editor was probably still drunk from the Thanksgiving celebration, Vader should be first.

The #1 selection is idiotic to put it mildly. Not even debatable.

It's telling to me that when I heard the name "Tyler Durden" I had to think about it to figure out who that actually was.

Yeah the number 1 choice has me puzzled. But it put a smile on my face to see Jack Sparrow, Joker and The Dude all near the top spot. Some of my favorites for sure.

Here's the Empire's Top 10 movie characters:

Bonus points if you can name them all! You know they love Jar Jar, because if it wasn't for him and his suggestion in Episode II, the Empire would've been a bit harder to establish.

LOL ^

I can't name them all. But I see Admiral Piett up there. The scene where Vader promotes him from Captain to Admiral while simultaneously dispatching his predecessor is priceless.

considering the entire character is
[Show spoiler] an alternate personality of the main character
I'd say that wins him top spot just on that alone.

I was going to include Admiral Ozzel, but realized Vader hated him anyway, and killed him. Ditto with Captain Needa.

There is absolutely no excuse for James Bond not making the top 5.

But having The Dude crack the top 10 almost makes up for it. Almost.

Ozzel was a dick. He came out of light speed too close to the system.

Oh! The list.

Ron Burgundy. I love it. And Brick too.
