Default Receiver Audio Pass-thru

Quick question...can all receivers take decoded true-hd or dts-hdma via hdmi, or is that something that is within the specs of the given receiver or version of HDMI, ala 1.3? For example, would http://www.ecost.com/Detail/Receiver...avid=155438257 this take the decoded audio and pass it through so you would be hearing hd audio or not? Thanks for the help!

EDIT: After browsing the owners manual of said model, it looks like it doesn't take audio via hdmi, so I guess my question is how can you tell if a receiver takes audio via hdmi or not, since it doesn't seem like it's stated anywhere (unless it decodes the codecs already). Also, if you have any suggestions for a cheap receiver that passes audio through via hdmi, that would be great (something other than the 606).

If in the specs, it says HDMI pass-through or switching, it usually doesn't accept audio. Just go into the specs and look around, they will usually tell you. What are you looking at specifically. People here can definitely help you.
