But the IP is owned by Tecmo, obviously they would need to find a new publisher and wait for the publishing contract with MS to run out and then see if it would be worth it to make a port. Personally if the PS3 was to get a game published, but not owned, by MS, I'd prefer getting Gears 1 and 2 or Mass Effect before NG2.

People speculate about this a lot, but is it even worth thinking about? It wil be a loooong time.
I bought an XBOX just for that game, cause I couldn't stop thinking about it, it's awesome by the way!

NG2 is a bloody mess, riddled with bugs that crash the 360 and can damage your system. They patched it and it actually got worse where you cannot even do certain things in the game or it crashes the 360 entirely, and they never even bothered to fix it. No thanks.

Unless they clean up the camera from the Xbox 360 version, I couldn't care less.

Umm, their DLC (new missions) caused this problem. And since I declined the initial update, I never had those issues. However, the problem has been fixed. With that said, this game is a beast. Besides Gears of War 2, NG2 is all I play.... Mentor is hard as he11. This game would definitely be a welcome addition to the PS3 library.

I am playing the first one now and its hard but for some reason I don't want to give up on it.I couldn't imagine what the second one is like.

does anyone know if you can unlock NG & Super NG (Nintedo version) on the ps3, like you the xbox could. There was a deal with the xbox version of NG that would unlock the originals from Nintedo.

I find the second one easier...The reason is you get life after a battle and when you save the game the enemies you've kill dont return like they did in part one.....I must say I like part 2 alot more...Im half way done now since Im trying to finish DMC4 and Im on the second go at GoW2.....

2 was pretty sweet... havent got around to finishing it though... the bugs are killer to me. DMC was awesome and i'm on my 3rd run through as well on Gears. insane mode was pumped up BIG TIME! i hope epic brings the franchise to the ps3 some day. if not then at least the ps4 (because we all know sequels is the future of gaming lol)

Ninja Gaiden was called an "Xbox exclusive" ...which it was. Which is why they touched it up with hi-def and renamed it Ninja Gaiden Sigma, in order to release it on the PS3. The same will happen with the second one in my opinion. That's what Konami does with the Metal Gear Solid series as well.

I will take a Gears of War Subsistence and Gears of War 2 Sigma over Ninja Gaiden 2 any day of the week.
