Panasonic Movie Deal - Valid w/ Online Purchase?

I saw a pdf around the hot deals forum for getting two free Blus when purchasing a Panasonic blu-ray player. This pdf says something about the store's name imprinted on the receipt.

I was just wondering of if the deal is valid with an online purchase (since the receipt won't have the store's name imprinted on it)? Also, can anyone confirm their answer (through first or second hand experience) or is your answer simply conjecture?

Are you talking about buying it from an online store like amazon or from some sort of third party seller. I heard the rebate works with legit online stores but I wouldn't think it would work if you bought it from someone on ebay or something similar. Also, why wouldn't the receipt contain the name of the online store?

I was talking about a legit store such as Amazon.

And the most B&M store's have their name watermarked on the receipt, so it is actually shown behind the item list and subtotal. That is what I took 'imprinting' to mean, not just the store name listed at the top of the invoice.

Here is to hoping that the deal is valid with Amazon.com purchases... because I just dropped the cash for the bd35k (with the $100 cash back promo they are running)
