Default Found a really Cheap TV Stand site

Picked up a 52" TV stand through the link below for $99.
Has 2 drawers, a middle shelf for a center channel speaker (with a black mesh cover, to hide it) two glass doors and adjustable shelves.

No Tax and pickup from the store. Shipping is expensive, but the unit is already assembled.

They have a really nice 60" stand as well for the same price. Enjoy

Just thought I would share.

I'll let you know what I think of the 52" stand when I pick it up tomorrow.

Regardless of the condition, I suppose the price justifies the inquiry.

Please post your review when you get it.

If this is a diamond in the rough I would certainly like to know about it.

This truly was a diamond in the rough.

150 lbs, so it certainly a good build.

The only thing I had to do was adjust the shelf to the highest position to accomodate my AV Receiver then I had to use a jigsaw to largen the pre-cut wire holes.

The staff was really pleasant and contacted me quickly with responses to my initial questions.

They only had 2 more of the stand that I bought.
They do have a larger 60" variation as well.

PM if you want the photos emailed. They are just too large for the specifications. I tried resaving for web but they look awful.

That looks like a great deal then! I just don't think I can find one of these stores around..... I'd get one for a guest bedroom where we still have an old CRT.

Are you sure it's not MDF/particle board? I'd be really surprised that a stand of this price would use solid wood.

think you are right as the description lists "birth wood veneers and solids". So I think its inferior wood (MDF or particle board maybe) with birch wood veneer panels.

but for 99 dollars and 150 lbs it seems to be a very good deal. Would watch getting it wet, humid or overly hot as the venners might peel away.
