Cheap used movies I found on Amazon - Blu-ray Forum

just browsing amazon and saw some good deals on used movies that i wanted, just wanted to see if anyone bought a blue in amazon used. I want to know the good and bad stuff about it.

i saw High School Musicals 1 and 3 for like $8 each plus shipping...among other movies.

Yes I've bought used from a 3rd party from Amazon. So far it's a pretty good experience. The seller describes the condition most of the time. I'm pretty anal with my art covers, so I just stick with buying new.

If it's used I would inspect it from moviestop, or block buster. You should try there, but then again there's only a certain amount they sell used.

Ive bought about 6 of my Blus so far from Amazon 3rd party used. All came in perfect condition. Make sure you get it in "like new" condition. I only buy those ones or new.

I buy all the time from Amazon 3rd party sellers. Their feedback is key in my deciding whether or not to buy from them.

yes make sure if you want the cover art to look new you read the description carefully. Also, its always best to buy them in "Like New/New" condition. if you do this you should be fine.

Always pay attention to each seller's feedback rating. I personally never purchase from any seller below 98% positive.

I have purchased a number of used from Amazon. As long as the seller has a great selling score, everything shoulld be OK. A couple items did go bad on me. The seller never sent the item but Amazon made good on them and refunded my $$$$

I see Collectible editions offered constantly and they appear to nearly always be from the same seller.

There is no description of what exactly the Collectible version is (steelbook or whatever)....can someone explain what this is? It's the far right tab (new/used/collectible).
