Default How much would it hurt a plasma if I don't break it in properly?

My new plasma is supposed to be here next week and The Dark Knight will also be coming to my house the same week, so this is a little tempting if you know what I mean. I've never experienced breaking in a plasma but I've heard of people not doing it and having their TV's work great regardless. The whole breaking in thing seems so long to wait watching Blu-ray's on, so it sucks. I would just watch The Dark Knight on the other TV but that one is 1080i and if I have a 1080p Panny with me, it seems like a no brainer

Just wanted to know how much you would recommend breaking in before I begin watching Blu-ray's on it. I will most likely break it in and just wait because I'm extra cautious, but I just wanna hear your opinion.
