An idea regarding new members...

Now I realize I was a new member also but there seems to be an issue with new members reviewing a movie, giving it all 5s and then in the description saying "this movie sucks" or something like that. This can be irritating to those of us who want to browse through a review to see if the movie is worth buying.

I propose some way of restricting brand new members from writing a review until they've been either members for a certain amount of time or have reached a certain level on how they contribute to the forums (or news articles).
