Definitely don't do that. If you upgrade, then upgrade all of your speakers, or at least stay within KEF for your center channel if you are keeping your KEF fronts and rears.

i agree. at the very least you should replace your front l/r and center to the same make/model so they will be timbre matched.

I using my Infinty for fronts and the rest of the KEF's for the rears and I feel I need a better center.

I would recommend staying with a kef center of the same line as what you are using or buy 3 new speakers. I currently have a missmatched system because it was either use the center I have and have my sub work during movies, or go no center and not have the sub active. While it isn't the most noticeable thing, it is still noticeable enough for me to be annoyed when watching movies. I plan on ordering my matching center once I get the money, but until then I'm stuck without matching speakers, and it's annoying.

EDIT: Didn't realize the infinities were your fronts, so the center ozzman recommended would work.

I agree. If you stay with the Infinity fronts(L & R) then you should go with the Infinity center. The KEF's for surrounds are fine.
