Default The Pioneer Blu-Ray BDP-LX71 playbak problems

Can anybody help please, I purchased the BDP LX71 on release and it's a great player, but on a couple of recent discs (Wanted & American Gangster) I have experienced a problem, can anybody help?
On playing the films immediately 2 small rectangular box's appear in top right of screen & cannot be removed. the only operation that they disappear is by pressing 'tools' but then the tools details display on the bottom half of the screen, as soon as that btime's out the box's re appear on the screen.
the box's have the letter S & what appears to be a speaker symbol.
i have contacted Pioneer but they are not aware of this problem.
thanks anybody!

Hi

Ive just recently had freezing issues on my Denon 2500bt transport with "wanted" its due to the fact that there the new batch of "bd live" discs from universal!

I think its only with these bd live discs youll have trouble with as everything else i play is absolutelt fine.

Its a case of the software doesnt know what the hardware is doing?
