Pioneer BDP-LX71 vs LX91 - Blu-ray Forum

I'm trying to decide which one to get and if LX91 is worth its price tag? LX71 costs under 800 Euro and LX91 costs over 2000

Does LX91 have a much better PQ than LX71? Or is the difference marginal?

I looking too for the LX91.

The price is not the same (from LX71 in europa €.800.- vs. LX91 €. 1900!!!)

yes PQ in not the same becouse in not the same chip (in this moment over papers...nothing reallly official!) bit lx71 wil be 36bit vs. 42bit.... much a very big difference....I wait the LX91.

I dont no if the realta/HQv from Denon /Marantz will be much betterfron Pioneer but in 1980x1080res. is not so determinant....
what is important is to how much is the "display"!!! a plasma 502 or beamer 100"????

I bought a BDP-LX71 yesterday and found that it does not play Region 1 DVDs. Is there any one who knows a remedy for this?
