Default When will all HDTV's with HDMI be 100% HDCP?

when will they all be HDCP? Even the cheap HDMI ones? because i still want to watch blu ray movies in 2010 without downgrading the picture quality because i am going through compoant.

All current models in stores that have digital inputs have HDCP.
You will not be able to find a HDTV display with a HDMI or DVI input in stores that does not also have HDCP. A few computer monitors still do not have HDCP. .

True almost all of the DVI computer monitors are still lacking HDCP. All the new HDMI computer monitors are suppose to be HDCP (not on the market yet). Now in regard to HDTV consumer displays that contain a HDMI and DVI connection every single one in production has HDCP. It’s just with computer monitors one has to be careful with.
