help with firmware?? - Blu-ray Forum

I have the sharp bdhp20U player. Can't get it to play the new blu ray movies. Is this because I need a firmware update?? Can someone please tell me how I install this new update? Can I burn it to a cd or dvd and then put it in player and that will work? Any help will be appreciated.

This should help,This is your download center (save this to your favorites)Follow the directions.I don't know your player but you can also call for support as well.That there job
