Fallout 3. Which system? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm currently in a massive deep process on which system to buy Fallout 3 on. The PS3 is out of the question, due to the horrid graphics from what I've been seeing online compared to the PC and Xbox 360 version.

It's always been a tradition to play Fallout on the PC. However, the DRM crap is something that I do not want to support. But I am still considering this, due to the 1920 x 1200 resolution that I get to run it at, and to hold close to tradition!

The Xbox 360 sounds like a good choice too. Get some achievements, and play it in my living room on my 1080p screen. Plus, there is no DRM.

Either way, I might wait a month or so for the price to sink. Which system have you guys seen it on?

Do you have actual examples of PS3 VS Xbox 360 graphicswise? I have fallout 3 for PS3, my friend has it for XBOX 360. Can't tell a difference to be honest. So I may be biased since I love my PS3 more than my Xbox but I say PS3.

skip this nonsense of a game and save up for Killzone 2 or resident evil 5

Here is a direct comparison done by Gamespot. They conclude that far and away the PC bests both consoles.

Then "everyone" you talk to must have no taste or sense of what makes a good game.

I myself spent over 100 hours playing Fallout 3, before moving on to COD:WAW and Far Cry 2....

I would personally choose the 360 or PC version simply because of the DLC coming out in the coming months... Same goes for GTAIV... DLC exclusivity always sells the game to me.

pc will always best the consoles if graphics is your only factor, as long as you have the right machine to run it.
