Correction: I went back to the Wal-mart to look again and the price went up to $18.83. Still a good deal though.

Dunno, just saw it on a shelf for that price....didn't know if that was regular price or not, so I didn't buy it. I searched it up online and found out its worth a lot more...so I regret not buying it. I'm gonna try to go back tonight and see if I can find it.
