Help with TV bought at CC

Over the holidays, i purchased a 52a850 from cicuit city, great pirce. I bought the ex warranty(379) and the calibration(150) from them. Now that they are going out of business, they say they are not honoring the 60 day price match, nor are they going to deal with ex warranty. I have until the 30th to return it, what do yall think, should I. I dont like the fact that they wont be around to help in case something goes wrong. Also, can someone verify that all promises made(pricematch,warranty,etc.) are not avalibale any longer?? Thanks

No, your extended warranty is safe. Circuit City issued a press release when they closed saying they were all through a third party, therefore still honored.

60 day price matching does not apply since they have sold all inventory to the liquidation company who now runs all pricing. your extended warranty is backed through Assurant and you can open a claim for repair like you normally would by calling the number in your circuit city advantage booklet that you should have received when you bought the coverage. if you did not receive the booklet or phone number, you can get that at your local store.
