Default Device that 'presses' buttons

I recently purchased the Cyron LED backlighting system. It has a wired remote, so there's no way to change its settings using my Harmony remote. Is there a device out there that is controlled via an IR remote that can 'press' buttons for you? Surely there's some smart person out there that's developed something like this. It only has two buttons that I would need to press: mode and pause.

I have that same backlighting system. I mounted the control box right on the side of my TV. I just turn it on and off manually.
There is something you may be able to try. I have a remote for my Christmas lighting. The way I set up the lights is I plug the receiver module in the plug a power strip into it then all the lighting into the pwer strip. Then when I want to turn all the lights on I hit the remote button and Voila, all the light come on. I'm not sure if this will work with the Cyron Backlights because it feels like a little raised button. I did notice one night when our power went out and came back on the backlights powered on and I didn't have them on prior to losing power.
Anyway, you can find the remote with the receiver plug at Loews or Home depot pretty cheap.

Thanks for your input, but I actually can turn it on and off. My receiver has a 'switcher' plug outlet on it that it only provides power to once it's turned on. I was pretty psyched about it.

But no, my problem is being able to actually switch between colors and modes without having to go to the back of the TV. Cyron provides an IR remote, but it costs 150 bucks . Way too much for my budget.
