Color buttons? - Blu-ray Forum

When I watch a Blu-ray movie on my PS3, and I press the Triangle button, the menu that pops up has 3(or 4, I forgot) buttons that are colors. What is the purpose of these? When I press them nothing happens.

They are used for interactive Java content. They are on every remote for a BD player. The X-Men demo showed these buttons in use I believe.

I was under the impression you could store and save specific functions/commands into each button

hes right not a big use for them know but in a couple months
