How does the BDPBX1 compare to the BDP-S350?

From what I've heard they are the same. The BX1 is exclusive to Sam's Club I beleive and comes with a HDMI cable.

same thing player wise...the bdpx comes with a backlit remote and hdmi cable...so its a better deal

The BX1 is also available at Costco. I also saw one in K-Mart. Don't know if it belonged there but I saw one.
