Default BDP-S350 vs the BDP-121 - Thoughts

I currently own the Sony BDP-S350 and would like to "upgrade" and hand the Sony to the "rents". There is a deal floating around @ the Source (Canada) for the BDP-121 @ a sale price of $169.00 seems like a good deal, since BB has the BDP-120 for $279!!! (what is the difference between the 120 and 121 models @ Pioneer anyways?

Would the BDP-121 be a worthy upgrade, and go nicely with my Pioneer Plasma Kuro 5020FD display. thru the Yamaha HTR-6160B Receiver.

I hear the bad reviews of load up times with the Pioneer players, I don't really care for that, I rather have excellent quality when playing the Vid.

Thoughts? greatly appreciated.

The BDP-121 is listed on Pioneer's site as having something called "Quick Start Mode". Not exactly sure what that is, but that's the only difference I see between it and the BDP-120. Picture quality is great on the Pioneer players, I would say among the best quality. It's a decent player, and the recent firmware update has helped with load times. I watched "UP" with the family last night, and it took about a minute to load. Pretty good speed I would say.

I have the BD120 and just did the firmware update. Its a very nice machine with a great picture. If its a good deal and its what you want, go for it. Should look great on your KURO.
