I have 2 1080 P TVs hooked up to SA 4250HDC TWC boxes I have it set to 16/9 and the resolution set to auto which picks 480 p,720 p, and 1080 i the 480 I is unchecked. if I check the info depending on the HD show it will be 720 or 1080 and SD is 480.
If I select say 720 and 1080 it then says all SD is 720 does that mean the box is upconverting the channel? The TV? is that better? if I select 720 for everything does that mean the tv or the box is upconverting some and downconverting others? How should I set this up? leave it on auto with all 3 checked? or leave just teh 720 and 1080 checked? Why does the TV not upconvert it to 1080 P? thanks |
