I thought I had this figured out but i guess not. I have an early edition-pre elite xbox 360 meaning it doesnt have hdmi.
I also made the mistake of buying a tv that doesnt do 1080p over *oops meant to put component This limits me to 1080i and 720p. If I was going to play a 1080p compatible game, would it be best to play it in 1080i or 720p? Someone told me this which prompted me to rethink what i have my 360 set to: Craize: so 720p is better, as its 60FPS, while 1080i bottlenecks your output to 30FPS (actually its 60FPS but interlaced thus 1/2 image) Please help. Also I have some 1080p movie trailers that I downloaded and transfered to my 360, would it be best to play these back in 1080i or 720p? Thanks in advance.
