I live in Korea, where they make these things.

Samsung also makes a lot of traditional top-loading machines, but THEY DON'T HAVE the agitator pole in the middle. Without that pole, the clothes end up in knots. It drives me insane. For some reason, Samsung doesn't make most (if any?) of their models without the agitator pole! My Korean friends told me it's because they believe that agitator "puts undue stress on the clothes."

It's a non-issue on front loaders, but on traidtional-style models, it is.

Why they can't figure out this old technology and keep my clothes from being knotted, and have to brag about 12,000 RPM technology, or whatever, is beyond me.

I'd much rather have clothes that aren't in knots!

Wow, so they reel off some wonderful specs then don't explain what all that processing power (and HDMI output) is for.

It's so quiet and still that they wanted to prove it by putting a Mac inside and let you use it as a desk?
