Question Reverse HDMI switch?

Is there such a thing as a reverse HDMI switch? Let me explain further.

I have a 3x1 HDMI switch which lets me select one input (from 3 inputs) and send that input to the output. So if my TV does not have enough HDMI inputs, I can connect more HDMI devices. Simple enough.

I need the pseudo reverse of this device where I need to take the HDMI output from 1 device and drive it to multiple devices. I do not need to drive more than 1 device at a time so if I have to select which output to make active, that is okay. I am trying to share the HDMI output from DVR between my TV and my Receiver. Do not need both active at same time. Do not want to be forced to use receiver for sound every time I watch TV via HDMI, so I want to be able to switch/route the HDMI signal. Have HDMI do directly to the TV for normal programs, and route the HDMI though the receiver (and back to TV on different HDMI input port) for movies or something special.

If such a beast exists, what is the keyword I need for my search? Splitter? Repeater? Thus far not much luck finding anything. Or does anybody have a link for such a device? Thanks. Would be nice if it supported the latest and greatest like 1080p but I will take what I can get. Short cable runs, 3 feet I suspect.
