The tentatively titled James Wan-produced House of Horror is now being called Demonic by Dimension Films, who will distribute the film here in the States.

Synopsis

“Demonic takes place after the massacre of five college students in an abandoned house. As investigators begin to unravel the murders, they uncover clues to what began as an innocent ghost-hunting excursion but eventually turned into a terrifying escapade involving the house itself.”

Demonic was directed by Will Canon (Director of 'Brotherhood' who shares writing credits for the screenplay with Doug Simon and Max La Bella) and has in its cast talents like Maria Bello, Frank Grillo, Cody Horn, Scott Mechlowicz, Aaron Yoo, Megan Park and Dustin Milligan.

Wan is the director of Saw, The Conjuring, Insidious, Insidious: Chapter 2, Death Sentence and Dead Silence.

There is no release date yet.

Misleading trailer. Makes it look like James Wan directed. Atleast with Tarantino produced movies, the trailers says Quentin Tarantino Presents and not From....

Yeah. It just says director, instead of producer.

No wonder this sat on the shelf for 3 years, it was terrible! Cliche after cliche, terrible dialogue, and a messy ending that rips off The Reaping. You know something's wrong when Cody Horn is your final girl.

Didn't know this never got a US release. I watched it on Netflix here in the UK. It's a decent horror movie - ignore the bad reviews.
