Default sony bdp s350 or panasonic DMP-BD35

i d like to be sure that the panasonic is better than the sony (i m about to buy one or the other and i think i m right to think it s the panasonic the best..) by the way i m buying it through blu-raymods.com in order to get the blu ray player multizone(thx to a chip they put inside) anyone who know about it and can tell me if it s really a good idea? but above all things it is wrote that it s multizon but then (manual switchable) what does that mean? i mean how does it work ?thx
