Default Best surprise Ending to a movie you saw ...

What movie(s) have you seen with an absolute surprise ending? You just never saw it coming. To me that is the mark of a great movie.
Here are a few of mine:

The Sixth Sense - I think everyone has seen this one.
Diggstown - Great ending and great movie
Primal Fear - Edward Norton was great in this one.

* Sorry for the damn typo in the title.

Not so much the ending, but Fight Club is probably still the one that has hit me the hardest.

Also, I wouldn't say it's anywhere near being classified as "the best" or any other form of "good," but From Dusk Till Dawn certainly had a surprising turn. Personally, I love it. But, I know that many despise it.

I guessed it pretty early on. It was kind of a let down for me.

My pick would be Primal Fear. I did not see that coming at all. Edward Norton was spectacular in that movie.

I got a good laugh out the person who said Titantic.

All the ones mentioned so far I agree with. I love Fight Club - that ending is so ridiculous, but somehow it works.

Does it have to be endings? Cause the twist that REALLY got me was in The Matrix. I will forever be glad to not having checked or read anything about the film before going to see it. I found out "the truth" at the same time Neo does in the film and... well, wow.

The Descent(UK unrated).
Sarahs dream escape followed by seeing her daughter.

Unexpected for me and what a cool pull back shot!

Empire Strikes Back? For real, though?

And this thread needs an ENORMOUS "spoilers" sign on it.
