Is there a new new edtion of Rambo 4 coming out later??? I had heard a rumor that there was a new edition in the works. Is there any truth to this??? Thanks.

The only news I heard was when Stallone was on Letterman. He said he would like to release an "uncut" version and give all the proceeds to the Burma cause. You can probably find it on Youtube.

Let's hope he follows through.

There have been rumors of an extended cut, but nothing has been confirmed. Now there's rumors that Sly has started work on Rambo 5, so that might prevent a possible Rambo re-release until around the time 5 is released.

Plus he's probably really busy working on "The Expendables" which I believe starts filming this month

The Expendables has too awesome of a cast to be PG-13, which is what I'm hearing it will be rated. You can count me out if thats the case.

Wow an uncut version! How on earth can you uncut that movie anymore? There are more head explosions in this than the entire of the Dead series =].

I liked this film though, I would like to see a better edition.

Well the (now out of print) German edition is Uncut.

I believe the "Uncut" German version you are referring to is the same as the U.S. version , just different censorship values
