Umm...The Exorcist by a landslide...and I think Linda Blair should have beat Tatum O'Neal, Tatum just didn't put on performance Blair did.

I agree, the Exorcist is the best horror film ever made. It scared the hell out of me. I think it was so scary, because in the back of your mind you were thinking.... This could be real.

Yet, I think The Sting was worthy of the best picture that year. Newman, Redford, Shaw, great story, well acted, wonderful music. A marvolous film.
