Default Matrix Trilogy-Overpriced???

I really want to own this trilogy, but the cheapest I can find it right now is Amazon for $74.99. Is this price worth it? Or should I wait to see if it comes down more???

And for those who own it...Is the PQ and AQ good???

I'm waiting for it to come down to $59.99. I think $20 a movie is goo enough

I got the British isles release which came with just the 3 films not the animatrix £29.99.

Basically that's £10 a movie.

Not a bad deal at all.

Considering that The Animatrix is also included, you are getting the collection for less than $20 a film at the $74.99 price tag.

I was able to snag the HD DVD set for $34.99 from Amazon when they were clearancing out the HD DVDs. It would take a steep price drop to make me double dip for blu, especially since the pq on the HDs is phenominal.

If you're not into Animatrix and the extras, there is no way it's worth $74.99. That's why I haven't purchased it yet. All I care about are the three films. I'll be picking up The Matrix in March. Not desperate for the second and third film, although they aren't as bad as people give them hell for.

both borders and barnes and noble sell movies for MSRP, that's why their prices are generally higher.

hell only if it had ALL the Stars Autographs on it! maybe.

Saw it on amazon a few hours ago for 62.99.

But the used price seems to change fast.
One time I had another blu-ray film in my cart and around 15 mins later
when I when to buy it already had went UP in Price! so I canceled it.

Borders is a TERRIBLE place to buy Blus. Their prices are horrible. They charge 39.99 for most films on Blu. That's outlandish.

First movie is worth $30, second and third $20, so that's $70. I'd say it's overpriced, but I got it anyways. If I hear they're releasing the first movie alone with normally sized artwork and case I'll end up trading the trilogy.
