Default The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus having trouble finding distributor

I find this whole ordeal to be kind of surprising, you would think that someone would be jumping on this. I have been looking forward to this for a while and now I find out that they are having trouble finding a distributor.

Maybe it's just a way to create attention to it.
I mean, Heath and all the other big stars and Terry Gilliam. Of course they'll find a distributor, only a matter of time.

I know, I couldn't believe it when they said they hadn't found a distributor. I thought that they had already found one because of the ensemble cast and all.

It's getting billed in the press as "Dead Heath's film", and not what may be likely causing the problem: It's also Terry Gilliam's latest film.

(As in, "Never mind 'Brothers Grimm', did anyone notice 'Tidelands' even existed??" )

Also, there's a recession. They just don't have the money to burn in Hollywood anymore. You'll probably see more of the same until times get a little better.
