MGM Catalog Blu in May

Hello fellow Blu collectors,

Some quick announcement news: MGM has just revealed four new catalog Blu-ray Disc titles for release in May (distributed by Fox): Fargo, Force 10 from Navarone and The Good The Bad and The Ugly will all street on 5/12, followed by Lions for Lambs on 5/19. Additional details will follow.

Wow, just bought the Sergio Leone collection (see link below) did not think they would release these gems on Blu Ray. Oh well, if the transfer is excellent I will have to double dip on The Good, the bad and the ugly. It will be interesting to see if the whole "man with no name" trilogy is released on Blu Ray.

What the hell release something good. They only decent movie in that list is Fargo. I mean MGM has some great horror catologe title like- Dolls, Scanners, The Howling, Child's Play, The Fog, Jeepers Creepers, Night of the Comet. Bring those out.

I REALLY hope they do a quality remaster of Fargo. There is SO much white in that movie, the grain shows up so easily. I'd love to see them really put in the works on this one.

Fargo is one of my favorite movies.
