Default New Halloween 2 pic

Not sure, but this new Pic of Michael Myers looks like James Hattefield of Metallica.

I know that, but it does look a lot like James Hattefield at a quick glance. I guess Zombie is going witha Phantom of The Opera look. I do love in intrviews when Zombie made the first one, Zombie stated how and the way that movie was made there was not going to be a sequel and the producers were never interested in making a sequel and that is one of the things that attracted him to the project.

Default Here we go again

Are you sure that's not Ted Nugent behind the mask? I am not a fan of Rob Zombie's movies. Even for the horror genre which has alot of crap flicks. I was excited to see the remake of Halloween when I first found out that he was doing it. Even though I didn't like House of a thousand corpses and the devils rejects. Devils Rejects was a little better by the way. I thought those two movies were in many ways like the Texas chainsaw massacre.
Now he's remaking the Halloween series.....Can't we just stick to the originals that are so much better anyways. I guess when there is money to be made you can rehash anything. Maybe I'll remake fatal attraction but throw in an interacial affair to change it up a little......oh wait, that's in theatres now Maybe I'll remake Astro Creep 2000 with a barbershop quartet. If you want to make a horror flick......write one. Maybe something "completely" original, perhaps. Stop shitting on the classics.

FilmSchoolRejects used the term "Homeless Phantom of the Opera" and seems bang on. Why didn't Zombie just create his own monster for a horror franchise?! As a traditionalist in this case, I don't like the direction this is going, but I suppose you have to give him some credit for trying something different instead of status quota for the character.

He tried with a House of 1000 corpses and The Devils Rejects and failed IMO.
