Default Best Carts under $500

Hi all... this is cool that blu-ray.com has a vinyl forum. I didn't realize this till about last week. I originally got on here to get help on a Marantz amp and getting hd sound from blu-ray on it... then I jumped to the projector forum and got help buying and installing a projector and screen... now on to the vinyl forum.

I'm actually not a newbie as far as vinyl is concerned.. I have several thousand records and own a record store. But, I really don't have the knowledge I wish I had as far as hi-fi is concerned.. speakers, pre-amps, power amps, et al.

Now that I have my home theater upgraded, I think it is time to do a little upgrading on my turntable system.

I have a linn axis with a rega arm with a few other upgrades. It has had a sumiko blue point on it since I got it. I am thinking of getting a new cart.
I have a dynavector P75 phono pre-amp, some def tech BP8B towers, and a NAD 352C integrated amp.

I might could benefit from an amp upgrade also.

The local hifi guy pushes dynavector - the Dynavector 10X5 is in my price range. A customer of mine swears by Benz and they make some in my price range also (the silver, and gold models at around $375 I think).

I am also considering sumiko as well and it seems Ortofon makes some solid carts in this price range although I'm leaning towards something more exotic than Ortofon.

Any thoughts on a good cart for my system?
