Default Amazon 3rd Party seller problem!

Not happy when I got a package from a Amazon 3rd party seller today.Last Sunday I bought a "Capote.In Cold Blood 2 blu ray set listed as NEW,even they said BRAND NEW AND FACTORY SEALED,THIS IS RE-WRAP I WAS RE-SOLD AS NEW FOR A FACT,I mean the Security White Strip on the top on not authentic i mean it says SECUIRITY DEVICE ENCLOSED and the BLU RAY DISC symbol on the left,I know for a fact that the title of the movie is supposed to be on this sticker I TOOK PICTURES OF THIS,I WISH I KNEW HOW TO DOWNLOAD THEM FOR EVERYONE TO SEE! And the blu ray case DOES NOT have the blu ray logo in the middle as all the cases do.WHEN I BUY SOMETHING NEW LISTED AS NEW,I WANT NEW,NOT SOME RE-WRAPPED USED STUFF,THAT's NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR! I've never had this happen to me before,what can I do!?

I would first complain to the seller themselves and see if they're willing to rectify the situation. If not, go over them and take it up with Amazon.Com themselves

Exacly what Wolverine said, contact the seller and then escalate to Amazon if needed. Also, most likely this discussion belongs in the Retail/Shopping Discussion subforum as this has nothing to do with talking about movie othe than rant about a seller.

What's the name of this Marketplace seller? I'd like a heads up on who to be wary of since I do purchase a lot through 3rd party sellers.

Good luck to you...hopefully the seller will resolve the issue w/o hassle.

first, caaaaaaaalm...

just contact the seller. if they fail to resolve the issue you can file a claim with amazon and you will 100% guaranteed to get your money back.

I contacted the seller via email through Amazon telling them of the problem,if they dont contact me I'll file an A to Z claim I guess that's what i'm supposed to do since i've never had to do it? I'm not trying to get the seller in trouble or anything I just want what I payed for!

Resealing and selling as new is shady business and it's probably not the first time the seller chose to do it. If it is, it'll probably be their last.

I sell on the Marketplace once in a great while and being one with fairly few feedback, it's people like that can make it harder for me to get a sale.

Anyways, PM me if the seller doesn't resolve the issue, as to not publicly put them on blast.

Hey, as long as they refund me my green,I'll send them there item back and no hard feelings! Just hate having to pay additional postage!

did you read the seller comments on the item? I know no one should be listing an open movie as new but some people do.....opened and inspected my @$$
