Default Amazon 3rd Party Seller Question
Anyone ever order something from a 3rd party seller through Amazon and then have them tell you they have oversold the product? I purchased a pair of wireless Sennheiser headphones for my nightime viewing pleasure and Amazon says it should be delivered between tomorrow and Monday. However, I have not heard from them and I email then and they told me they have oversold that product and are waiting for some to come in form their dealers and they expect to ship early next week. They certainly won't make their delivery date. Is there anything I can do...maybe have Amazon refund some of my money? Has this ever happened to any of you? Thanks.
