Freddy got Fingered. Granted, I was only a kid when I watched it, but I thought Tom Green was hilarious. Normally I'm in complete agreement with the critics, but not that time. I dread watching it again, now that I'm 27, for fear that I'll absolutely hate it.

Many of the critics did not like the terrible directing, which I agree with. Very good performances and a good (but cliche) story, that I think was ruined by directing.

I think that was because of the very manipulative way in which the ending was presented, with a complete lack of subtlety regarding the particular issue. I felt cheated by the film, personally.

The entire movie wasn't subtle at all, I felt like it was quite on par with the rest of the film, that's why I liked it.

Plus, it was full of completely unrealistic events that we were expected to take seriously. I hated it. No offense to heelhata, who liked it. We like what we like.

Having lived in Mexico for a time and knowing what I do about the country, I didn't find the events unrealistic at all. I wonder which exactly jumped out at you.

Man on Fire is on the same level as Training Day in my opinion, the only thing that puts Training Day over the top is the lovely Eva Mendes.

With Man on Fire, I didn't like the shoddy cinematography and choppy editing.

Hot Rod (38% RT) is the ultimate guilty pleasure, silly comedy for me. One of my favorite movies. Pretty sure everyone else thought it was terrible!

Also, Terminator: Salvation (31% RT). Thought it was decent in theatres, but after watching it a few more times, I love it.
