Arrow How far away are we from $5 B & M prices?

I say 3-4 years, what say the rest of you? We may actually see it a lot sooner, this recession is starting to set in and stores will get more and more desperate.

I'm sure it'll happen sooner, since some movies are $10 now. But I don't think it will be regular pricing (more like special sales on old movies... the ones that are $10 now).

what recession? it's defnitely beginning of a depression.

$5 B&M prices for Blu-ray is at least 3 years away.

Ahh...not really since we are doing A LOT better than we did during the 70's...don't believe everything you hear on the TV from people who want to get elected into office with their "worst economy since the Great Depression" bull.

It really depends on Wal-Mart. They were the retail chain that pushed dvds that low. If you have paid attention they are carrying an assortment of older Blu-rays for $10 regularly now. I would give an estimate of 18 months.
