Cool Samsung BD P 2550 and Netflix - issues

I picked up this player after all the good reviews (in general) I read on the net. This is my first jump to Blu-ray! Everything seems to work fine so far except for the Netflix streaming- which was a major factor in choosing this model. I was able to get it hooked up through to the internet and updated the firmware. I also successfully activated Pandora smoothly and it works fine. However when it came time to activate Netflix , it comes back with the error "Cannot connect with your home networK...."..

After calls to Netflix and Samsung support, I was asked to reset (pressing ff for 10 secs with internet cable disconnected), then try bypassing the router to see if the router was blocking the access. I tried removing the router and connecting it directly to the DSL modem and I still have the problem. The Samsung support technician then informed me - it is a known bug they are working on with Netflix, and there are others who have a similar problem.

I wondered if anybody else has experienced the same problem. I am pretty convinced my internet is not the problem as I have access to Pandora and it worked smoothly at all times during the troubleshooting. The only question then is if it is due to fact that I have DSL (ATT) instead of Cable.

All other functions are great and works well with my system (with Samsung LCD 46A650).

If I / they (Samsun-Netflix) can't solve it, I might return it before I run out of time back to Best Buy and wait till I am sure the bug is fixed.

I would welcome any suggestion before I give up.

Thanks In advance!!
