I've been wondering if Disney intentionally "Borrowed" the "I think I can" of the train in "Dumbo" when it goes up the hill (and then back down) from "The Little Engine that Could" story.... which I know precedes the story of Dumbo (at least I'm fairly sure it does)
Anyone know if "The Little Engine That Could" was a "big hit" and widely known by the time Disney put out Dumbo, or is it just a coincidence? Was there ever a lawsuit or threat of one? |
