Leak? Terminator Salvation PG-13? - Blu-ray Forum

From a Pizza Hut flyer (not exactly gospel)

Last we heard, McG was fighting with the studio to keep a topless scene featuring Moon Bloodgood in the final cut. But of course, the topless sequence would require a less marketable R-Rating. I hate to read too much into one little MPAA logo on a cross promotional website (someone could have easily messed up…), but it appears as if McG has lost that battle. But this isn’t entirely bad news because a PG-13 rating isn’t what it use to be. Remember, The Dark Knight was rated PG-13 and featured a man with half a face.

I had a feeling this would get a PG-13 rating. Kinda reminds me of Live Free and Die Hard: how the previous installments were all R-rated. Yet, people (notice how i do not include myself) loved the movie, some even more so than the prequels. I only hope that T4 isn't a major disappointment as many people are "predicting".

Thats because the previous installments for Die Hard didn't really require an 'R' rating to be good.

I think that due to the graphic nature of Terminator, that another but an 'R' rating would be a let down. Unless they can somehow pull it off! Imagine if in Terminator 2 they cut out the violence and whatnot.

dominoes on the other hand....

i dont care if its pg-13
you can get away with a fair amount of violence and the like in pg-13 these days
this movie seems to me like it will still have alot of violence, just maybe not the stuff like the blade through the head and dripping blood etc.

edit: also, if the ONLY reason it would be rated R is because mcG wanted boobs, i would be pissed off, because thats just stupid, having boobs just for the hell of having boobs, now if it had context to the scene/movie, that would be different

guess i'll have to give it up then

i've never been a fan of nudity in films just for the sake of nudity
it has to have context to the story

can apply again in 6months for another card

Actually you can reapply for it after 1 month of watching ESPN and not exercising while maintaining an unhealthy diet of beer and snacks.

Oh and every weekend you watch these two movies:

He was quoted as saying it was a very beautiful scene and it really brings a lot to it about human emotion.

But man I can tell you I'd be pretty emotional about Moon's boobs

Terminator 2, yes. 300, not so much. Come on, a movie with musclebound men running around in thongs? Who cares if it's PG-13? If you really want to see this thing, you will regardless of what the MPAA rates it.
