Anyone knows if they plan to bring MJ's Moonwalker (1988) movie to Bluray ?
Cause this would be a must buy for me, hopefully with lots of extras

It's actually out now. It's Warner, so it's 99.9% that it's region free.

I couldn't find a thread for this so I figured I'd start one. After watching the excellent "Bad25" documentary on ABC last night, it reminded me that 2013 will be the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's "Moonwalker". I know it was released overseas back in 2010 with a respectable audio and visual treatment but was unfortunately cut, I'm assuming because of Jackson's untimely death from a propofol overdose. The film certainly is an odd one but has a lot of visual flair going for it and is more or less just a 90 minute showcase of the man's incredible talent. I certainly hope that the Jackson estate looks to release this film stateside next year in its uncut format and hopefully retain the original poster art that was terrific!

At this point, you should just import the region free release from the UK. Warner US isn't showing interest in releasing it here.

Such a shame, I have a bootleg DVD of the uncut version so I'll just keep it handy in hopes that WB comes to their senses one of these days. Very odd that they wouldn't want to capitalize on it, I mean regardless of the film's quality, it's Michael Jackson

Not on any physical release that I am aware of.
