Are the movies you buy from there just as you would buy them at a store brand new factory sealed?

depends. the third party section is just like Half.com etc... They list different conditions "new/like new/very good/good etc.." Just check the feedback ratings and the descriptions.

I've bought hundreds of items via Half.com and Amazon.com third party sellers and have only been disappointed a few times (I can count them all on one hand). For the most part there are a lot of good sellers; just be sure to check the feedback and ask the seller lots of questions to determine a good seller from a bad and you'll be fine.
