Default New Blu-ray and PowerDVD 9

Hi, i just have 1 question:

My resciver cant play DTS-MA or dolbyTrue so what would be the best settings here:

PowerDVD 9 PCM decode trough HDMI 1.3 or DTS Core bitstream?

Will i get lossless audio if i choose PCM?

No i don't think it can. The only way to get Losseless DTS HD and TrueHD from PC is to get a Asus Sonar HDAV1.3 Lite card and use Total Media Theater, i think.. for now..

Does your receiver had 6 channel inputs? If your receiver has 6 channel inputs you can go the analog route. Connect you current sound card via analogs to the receivers 6 channel inputs. you can read of what I'm talking about in this thread:

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=40821

PowerDVD decodes DTS-HD and TrueHD from PCs and streams it over to your receivers 6 channel. your receiver then passes it on from there to the speakers. I explain a little more on this thread as well:

I'm running 2 4850s in x-fire. Works great.
