Question to anyone who has ordered from WBShop.com - Blu-ray Forum

I just ordered the regular edition of Casablanca from them and it's the first time I've ever ordered from them. I noticed that when I was in the checkout that they are charging me sales tax and I'm pretty sure they aren't located in Alabama. Has anyone else had this happen? If so do they actually remove it before billing me or will I have to contact them about it?

If WB have a retail store in your state they have to charge you state tax.

According to Google they do, in Vernon, Al 35592.

Here are the states that require sales tax from WBshop:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.

My real problem with WBshop is their shipping charges. If you order $60 or more it's free. Otherwise:

$4.95 for orders up to $24.99
$5.95 for orders $25 - $39.99
$6.95 for orders $40 - $59.99
