I missed this while it was out and I really wanted to see it. I'll definitely be giving this a rent. Hoping for the best, even though I've heard some mixed things on it.

It bombed in the box office, barely making $15.8 million on a reported $38 million budget. No way was a 4K release happening.

I’m surprised even a standard Blu-ray is happening, given Warner canceled the releases for The Goldfinch and The Sun is Also a Star.

I mean, at least this movie got over $10 million in the box office, the same can't be said about those two movies. However I do think it's unfair that their Blu-rays got cancelled.

It’s still getting a DVD, but yeah if anything Roger Deakins’ cinematography deserves much better.

This was mentioned in another thread, but Goldfinch is back on schedule for a December 3rd release date. I received the press release from WB today and requested a copy.

Looks like a "Widows" variation, cash-in, despite the fact it's based on a well-regarded DC comic book. At least the plot is similar.
Blu-ray.com reviewer didn't mention it. And, strangely, also did not list all the audio and subtitle options available.
So, please, could anyone inform me which audio and subtitle options this disc holds.

I did not mention the audio/subtitles in the body of the review but they are listed at the top of the header (to the right of the cover art).

I just purchased this blu-ray and tried to play it. It wouldn't play in my Ultra HD blu-ray player. I live in NYC.
I bought it at Best Buy. I'm gonna return it and try another one.

Watched my Blu-ray last night. This really wasn't very good. Had its moments here and there, but man what a stupid ending.
