Default Image seems to shift/slide

I'm having an interesting thing happen with my Samsung PN50B650. The image seems to shift/slide down and to the right. This causes a semi-thin black bar at the top and left of the image.

This happens in 16x9 mode, though I haven't tested in other modes. It happens with both digital cable and Blu-ray/DVD viewing. It doesn't happen all the time, and it isn't limited to specific channels and/or Blus/DVDs.

I can fix the anamoly by changing the picture size, rotating it all the way back to 16x9.

I had someone come out to take a look at it and he said it's normal and it's just image/source scanning. Thing is, I've never had this happen before, and am suspecting something happened to my TV during a recent move.

Anyone know what's going on, or any suggestions?
